The STRATO Customer Service Area


We now offer our customers, who have multiple packages, the ability to manage all the packages in a single given area. For such customers, the technical information is separated from the contractual information. This significantly reduces the time spent in administering the individual STRATO packages.

Your benefits are:

  • All customer login functionalities are available to you through the "Contract Services Page".
  • You can access all your packages and settings here (e-mail, database management, etc.) without having to login again with your domain and master password.
  • If you, as the owner of the STRATO package, assign the care of your domains to a third party, then they can use all technical features in the customer service area.

However, you hold control and access to your contractual data; upgrade or downgrade possibilities; domain transfer etc.

 

Customers with a STRATO package

 

Log into the password-protected customer service area, as usual, with a domain from your package and the master password.

In order to have full access to all functions of the customer service area, however, we recommend you to create a customer password (see below).

Please note that when you create a customer password, your customer and contract data will only be accessible if you login with your customer number and customer password.

Immediately after you login, you will be presented with your contract service page, where you can; change and view all your customer and contract related data; download forms for package upgrades, contract changes and domain transfers etc.

On the right you will see your STRATO package. Click on Your Package in order to use all technical settings and features of your package.

 


 

STRATO customers with multiple packages

 

You now have the option to login with your customer number and the password you created, in order to centrally manage all of your packages.

The current login details (domain and password) remain valid for the individual packages. If you have multiple STRATO packages, you can still login, but will not be able to make any customer or contract related changes!

In order to see customer data and invoices, as well as orders, customers with multiple packages must log in, in the future, with their customer number and a new customer password.

The creation of the new customer password is easy: Log on as usual '(i.e. with your domain and password, which was, in its original state, the order confirmation number) into your password protected customer service area. Then click on your customer number. This will be displayed at the top left-hand-side of the pane.

Afterwards, please choose the button, Create Customer Password found on the right.

You will receive via e-mail a link over which you can create your new customer password.

As soon as the customer password has been created, you can simply navigate between accounts, without having to log in each time you do so.
