The e-mail server name for POP3 (incoming) is: pop3.strato.com
The e-mail server name for SMTP (outgoing) is: smtp.strato.com

The e-mail server name for IMAP is: imap.strato.com (SMTP remains: smtp.strato.com)

Note:
If, for example, you want to retrieve e-mails on your mobile phone, you are generally asked to specify a port. By default this is:

Port 110 (POP3) / Port 143 (IMAP)

Port 25 (SMTP)
