Cancellation of your contract or domain(s)

 

Please use the corresponding form from your password-protected customer service area. You can get the form over the menus customer service, customer details and then forms (in the right hand field).

We have received your contract cancellation request and we will immediately send you a postal confirmation.

Cancellation by E-Mail

A cancellation is also possible by e-mail from your password-protected customer login. With an e-mail through the login area, we can excluded the situation that an unauthorized third party gives us any contractual changes or cancellations.

Please use the STRATO mail centre from within your customer service area. You can reach the STRATO mail centre over the contract service page of your package, click on the button help and contact.

 

 

 

Please note that a cancellation request can only be processed by us, when it is authenticated over the login into the customer service area. Non authenticated cancellation request will not be processed.

 

Important:
If the domain owner deviates from the contractual partner:

The domain owner as entitled owner and the Admin C as authorized by the domain owner are obviously able to give notice, of course authorized, that/the contract/s and domain/s be cancelled. This results from the governing body guidelines.

Between the governing body and the domain owner, a separate contract will be made through our negotiation over the future registration and usage of domain(s). As a contractual partner, you used the domain owner and gave them herewith the possibility to decree over the domain(s).

Please note:

The contract termination of a domain before the end contract period of your Web hosting package does not mean that you receive a proportionate debit for periods paid in advance.
