The customer master data is the data you entered during the ordering process and which are necessary for the contract. For example, your name or your bank account. If you change any of the master data, please communicate this to us.
Changes can simply be made on-line in your password-protected Customer service Area under the menu option customer service and its "Change your details".


Note: The changes you make in "Your Customer Data" are changed exclusively in our database.
If you wish to change this data with the domain registry, we need a written form signed by yourself. You can download the form as a .pdf file. You can find this form in the "customer service" menu- "Change your details" and "Forms". Download and fill out the "Changing domain owner / Admin-C" form.

For security reasons, partner and company name cannot be changed online, because we need to receive proof (HR excerpt -or- trade registration -or- notice of departure -or- company letter -or- company stamp) to document this change.
Please note that a UK address must be supploed. It is likewise not possible to use a foreign bank account or to change the bank account details online (without an open invoice).
