With the setting you want, you can login into your password protected Customer Service Area (login to administrate your STRATO Webshop). Please click on your Store Administration, and then click the icon settings - e-mail settings and change to the tab events.

Please select the desired event (i.e. receipt) and deposit on the next page in the box with the name CC-address the e-mail address to which you wish to receive the copy.

In the future, you will receive a copy of the events on the selected e-mail address that can be found or entered in the CC address field.
