You’ve got the chance to transfer the domain contents onto your
STRATO webspace only a couple of hours after you’ve ordered the
STRATO Webhosting package, though.
You’ll receive a so called “Master-ID” therefore.
By using your Master-ID and Password you’re able to access the FTP-server and upload your contents.
As soon as the domain got transferred to STRATO and the DNS-Server settings got updated, the domain will automatically show your newly at STRATO saved contents.
Thus we can guarantee that the downtime isn’t longer then necessary.
You’re also able to already setup your e-mail accounts in the STRATO customer service area, please find the e-mail management under
“Setting” -> “E-Mail administration”.
