Share your STRATO Communicator with up to 100 guests. To invite guests who are already listed in your address book, please proceed as follows:

After you have clicked "Guests" in the menu bar, click the "Invite New Guests" button.

Select a contact from your address book by clicking "Address Book". Of course you also have the option to add guests manually by entering the desired e-mail address.

Please note that you can only invite users who already use the STRATO Communicator.

Now specify whether you wish to grant guest or joint user rights to this user.

Remark:
As a guest you are in a position to view the Communicator inclusive of appointments, tasks, bookmarks, and files (messages remain invisible). However, you do not have the privileges required to add or modify entries. These rights are reserved for joint users.

Optionally you may compose a personal message to be sent automatically by your STRATO Communicator together with your access right.

Please confirm and send your invitation with a click on "Send E-Mail".

Remark:
To accept an invitation, please follow the instructions provided in the invitation e-mail step by step. With a click on "Your Access Rights" you can now switch to a different Communicator and back again at any time.

Important:
The recipient of your invitation must log in to his STRATO Communicator so that this user can be identified as a guest.
This means: In the event that the recipient has enabled a forwarding function for his e-mail address or retrieves his e-mails using an external e-mail program, he must log in to his STRATO Communicator first and can then copy the link into the address bar of his browser or enter it manually.
