It is possible to order further additional domains. You can order new domains, as well as transfer existing domains to your server.
Please note the following advice before transferring an existing domain:
- Have you transferred all necessary files to your server?
- Have you tested the site?
It is often necessary to adjust settings such as configuration files or absolute paths to files.
- Have you saved data from your MySQL databases?
- Have you (if necessary) created a new MySQL database and uploaded your data?
Tips:
- To test your new website, it is often helpful to forward your existing domain from your old package to your server.
- Note the details of your e-mail accounts from your old package, so you can enter the data easily and quickly on the server.
- Don’t forget to notify all your e-mail users to change server settings in their respective e-mail programs.

Please note that the entered data must match the exact registered Domain Owner’s details as held by the Internet Registrar. It is not possible to enter new details for the Domain Owner or the Admin Contact here.
After the Domain Owner and Admin Contact details have been confirmed, a “Change of Provider” form will be automatically generated. Please print the forms, and complete the necessary information.

For security, this change of provider will also be sent to you via e-mail. You can also view the change of provider in your domain overview area.
AuthCodes
When transferring a ".com", ".net", ".info", ".biz" or ".org" domain, you will require a so-called Authorisation Code or AUTHCODE.
This AUTHCODE is 6-16 character long code, which is sent exclusively to the registered domain owner. This is for security purposes, to prevent domains being transferred without the domain owner’s knowledge.
Without this AUTHCODE, the Internet Registrar will reject the domain transfer.
To obtain an AUTHCODE, please contact your previous provider.
When you receive the code, you can enter it at any time by going to the “Domain Overview” and clicking on the respective domain.
