In your LivePages you have the possibility of integrating Internet links from your web pages to other internet sites. These links can be used to show external sites or other areas within your site.

 

To add a link into your text, first go to step "4. Contents" and highlight the piece of text you would like the link to be activated from. Then choose in the settings panel "Contents" and "Create link".

 

In the open window you can now enter the destination of your link and edit the link in your text field:

 

 

External: If you would like to create your link to an external site highlight the control box "External". Use the drop down box to select the appropriate protocol and enter the URL, i.e.: www.desiredname.co.uk
A normal Internet site will be http://...

Page: If you would like to link pages within your Projects using LivePages, highlight the control box "Page" and select the desired pages of your site from the drop-down menu.

File: Mark the control box "File" and click "Choose" to link to your own data. You will automatically arrive in the LivePages MediaPool. Here you have the opportunity to upload up your own data into your internet site from your hard drive. Highlight the desired data and click "OK" to select the data link.

Open in New Window: Highlight this option, if you want the link to open up in a new browser window.

Colour and Underlining: You have the opportunity here to highlight your link. You can underline the link and or change its colour. Click on the button "Choose Colour", to open the appropriate colour options box. You can also click on the button "Add New Colour" to create your own individual colours. For this click on the spectra window, select your colour tone and confirm it with "Add Colour". Mark the desired colour with a mouse click and save by clicking "OK".

 

 

Finally, please do not forget to click on "OK" to install the link.
